Terms and conditions of use
In these terms of use we, Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V., Wilhelmstr. 138, 10963 Berlin, the conditions for ordering s.a.m health test kits via our online platform https://www.samhealth.de. We provide information about our handling of personal data in our privacy policy.
1. Registration for s.a.m. Test kits
With s.a.m health, users can get tested for sexually transmitted infections from home. The use of s.a.m health requires registration on our website.
When registering, users must provide a German mobile phone number to which we will send a confirmation code by text message. This prevents misuse of the registration function. In addition to the person’s master data (e.g. name, address) and communication data (e.g. mobile phone number), health data and data on sexual behavior are also collected. We obtain the user’s consent for the processing of special categories of personal data and the sending of text messages.
After registering, the user has the option of making an appointment for an initial telephone consultation, which can take place either in person at one of our local checkpoints or by telephone. The first test kit can be purchased after the initial consultation at Checkpoint or via an individual link on our website.
2. Obligations of the users
Registration may only be carried out by the person using s.a.m health themselves. Registration for third parties or for several persons is not permitted. Users are obliged to provide their master data and contact details correctly; in particular, only their own mobile phone number may be used.
3. Protection of personal data
We have taken technical and organizational precautions to protect personal data. Personal data is processed jointly by Deutsche Aidshilfe and the respective checkpoint via an online platform. We have concluded an agreement in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) for the allocation of data protection obligations. Art. 26 GDPR concluded. We do not pass on any data to third parties.
4. Termination of the project
Deutsche Aidshilfe is entitled to discontinue the project at any time without giving reasons. Samples from previously purchased test kits are also analyzed when the project is discontinued.
