In these Terms of Use, we, Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V., Wilhelmstr. 138, 10963 Berlin, regulate the conditions for ordering s.a.m health test kits via our online platform https://www.samhealth.de. We provide information about our handling of personal data in our privacy policy.
With s.a.m health, users can be tested for sexually transmitted infections from home. The use of s.a.m health requires registration on our website.
When registering, users must provide a German mobile phone number to which we send a confirmation code via SMS. This prevents misuse of the registration function. In addition to the master data of the person (e.g. name, address) and the communication data (e.g. mobile phone number), health data and data on sexual behavior are also collected. For the processing of special categories of personal data and the sending of SMS messages, we obtain the consent of the users.
After registration, the user has the option of making an appointment for an initial telephone consultation, which can take place either in person at one of our local Checkpoints or by telephone. The purchase of the first test kit takes place after completion of the initial consultation at the Checkpoint or via an individual link on our website.
Registration may only be carried out by the person using s.a.m health himself or herself. Registration for third parties or for several persons is not permitted. Users are obliged to provide their master data and contact details correctly, in particular only their own mobile phone number may be used.
We have taken technical and organizational precautions to protect personal data. Personal data is processed jointly by Deutsche Aidshilfe and the respective checkpoint via an online platform. We have concluded an agreement in accordance with Art. 26 DSGVO to share data protection obligations. We do not pass on any data to third parties.
Deutsche Aidshilfe is entitled to discontinue the project at any time without giving reasons. An evaluation of samples of already purchased test kits will take place even if the project is discontinued.
